About Alistair Speirs

Alistair Speirs is a Jakarta based businessman who transited from insurance to publishing, marketing, PR and advertising with no qualifications except a great love of the whole communications industry. He founded a number of publications including Now! Bali and Now! Jakarta, Indonesia’s first Bahasa Indonesia travel magazine Jalan Jalan, and his latest Leaders which focuses on sustainability. He has worked on many tourism programs in both marketing and PR and was proud to be behind Jakarta’s city branding “ Enjoy Jakarta “ and the long lasting “Bali is my Life”. He is the President of Skal Club and Bailli of La Chaine des Rotisseurs, Jakarta.
